SAP Patches release on SAP Security Patch Day of June on 13th 2023

 

The SAP Security Patch Day in June 2023 consisted of patches for multiple SAP components. Fortunately, no critical "Hot News" vulnerabilities were reported in this release. However, the patch release did address several important security vulnerabilities, including two fixes for SAPUI5 vulnerabilities. These fixes primarily focused on mitigating risks related to information disclosure, cross-site scripting (XSS), and improper input neutralization. By addressing these vulnerabilities, organizations can enhance the security of their SAP systems and protect against potential exploitation by malicious actors.

Customers who use these affected components are strongly advised to apply the necessary patches as soon as possible to protect their systems from potential attacks. It is also recommended to keep systems up to date with the latest security patches to minimize the risk of future vulnerabilities.
