A note with CVSS 7.5 for component CEC-COM-CPS was released by SAP on 10.11.2020. The correction/advisory 2975170 was described with "[CVE-2020-26810] Multiple Vulnerabilities in SAP Commerce Cloud (Accelerator Payment Mock)" and affects the system type SAP Commerce Cloud.

A workaround does not exist, according to SAP Security Advisory team. It is advisable to implement the correction as part of maintenance.

The vulnerability addressed is server-side request forgery (ssrf)denial of service (dos) within SAP Commerce Cloud.

Risk specification

This note contains two different security vulnerabilities. An unauthenticated attacker can submit a crafted request over a network to a particular SAP Commerce module URL which will be processed without further interaction. On request renders the Commerce Cloud system unavailable while another can be used to retrieve limited information of the service.


The SOP implementation now properly checks all parameters processed via POST requests.
