The advisory for SAP Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE) adresses a "[CVE-2020-6250] Information Disclosure in SAP Adaptive Server Enterprise". SAP Note 2917022 was released on 12.05.2020 and should be implemented during part of maintenance. The implementation demands a downtime. Component BC-SYB-ASE has a medium risk of exploitation, according to the manufacturers security and response team.
Following the SAP Security Advisory team, a workaround does not exist.
